强氯精浸种对油菜发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘要 为探究强氯精(trichloroisocyanuric acid,TCICA)浸种质量分数和时间对油菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,确定适宜的强氯精浸种质量分数和时间,设置不同梯度强氯精浸种质量分数和时间,测量对应发芽及幼苗生长情况,分析强氯精浸种对油菜发芽和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:强氯精浸种6 h最有利于油菜发芽及生长;浸种强氯精质量分数为0.02%~0.10%时最有利于油菜种子发芽;浸种强氯精质量分数为0.04%~0.08%时利于油菜幼苗生长.强氯精可用作油菜的浸种剂,低质量分数强氯精浸种有利于油菜种子发芽和幼苗生长,研究对于提高油菜的产量和品质具有重要意义. It was aimed to investigate impacts of trichloroisocyanuric acid(TCICA)concentration and exposure period on seed germination and seedling growth of rapeseed,and further to determine appropriate TCICA concentrations and exposure period for rapeseed treatment.Different TCICA concentration and exposure period were treated in experiments,and the corresponding germination rate and seedling growth were measured and analyzed.The results showed that soaking seeds with TCICA for 6 h was beneficial for seed germination and seedling growth,soaking seeds at TCICA concentration of 0.02%~0.10%was beneficial for seed germination,while soaking seeds at TCICA concentration of 0.04%~0.08%was beneficial for seedling growth.The experimental results indicated that TCICA could be used as an excellent agent for seed soaking of rapeseed,and low concentration of TCICA could promote seed germination and seedling growth.The presented conclusion would be of statistical significance for increasing yield and quality of rapeseed.
