摘要
为探究跳深替代杠铃、发展下肢快速力量的简捷训练方法,运用实验法对60名浙江师范大学体育与健康科学学院(2021级)男大学生进行了为期8周的跳深训练实验,比较分析各实验组的力峰值、峰值功率、30 m跑成绩及立定跳远成绩,探究哪种高度与地面组合的跳深训练最为适宜.结果表明:1)实验后,各实验组的下肢快速力量水平都有所提高;2)实验后,相同高度的人工草地跳深训练效果要优于塑胶地面;3)实验后,60 cm高度与人工草地组合的训练效果最好.结论:1)60 cm高度是体育专业男大学生进行跳深训练的适宜高度;2)在人工草地上进行跳深训练比较适宜;3)采用60 cm高度与人工草地组合的跳深训练对发展体育专业男大学生下肢快速力量是一种简捷有效的训练方法.
In order to explore the jump deep"substitute"barbell to develop the lower limb fast strength of a simple training method,an 8-week deep jump training experiment was conducted on 60 male students of Physical Education and Health Sciences College of Zhejiang Normal University(Grade 2021).The peak force,peak power,30 m running performance and standing long jump performance of each experimental group were compared and analyzed,so as to study which combination of height and ground would be most suitable for deep jump training.The results showed that after the training experiment program:1)The lower limb rapid strength level of all experimental groups was improved;2)The diving training effect of artificial grass with the same height was better than that of plastic ground.3)The combination of 60 cm height and artificial grass had the best training effect.The experimental results revealed that:1)The height of 60 cm was the appropriate height for the male college students majoring in physical education to carry out deep jump training;2)It woulde be more suitable for deep jumping training on artificial grass ground;3)The combination of 60 cm height and artificial grass ground deep jump training was an efficient and effective training method for developing the fast strength of lower limbs of male students of physical education colleges.
