摘要
通过有限元数值方法模拟分析密封唇结构对深沟球轴承橡胶防尘盖的密封性能产生的影响,在此基础上进行密封结构优化,并分析了转速对结构优化后的密封产生的影响。结果表明:随着密封唇轴向和径向过盈量的增加,密封唇部的接触压力和摩擦应力增大;随着密封唇接触宽度的增加,唇部的接触压力和摩擦应力减小;确定优化方案后,转速升高会造成密封唇温度升高,但转速变化并不影响优化后防尘盖的密封性能。
The influence of sealing lip structure on the sealing performance of rubber dust cover of deep groove ball bearings was simulated and analyzed using finite element numerical method.Based on this,the sealing structure was optimized,and the effect of rotational speed on the sealing after structural optimization was analyzed.The results show that as the axial and radial interference of the sealing lip increases,the contact pressure andfriction stress of the sealing lip increase;As the contact width of the sealing lip increases,the contact pressure and friction stress of the lip decrease;After determining the optimization plan,an increase in rotational speed will cause an increase in the temperature of the sealing lip,but a change in rotational speed does not affect the performance of the optimized dust cover seal.
