加强高校基层党建工作,旨在促进党的基层组织更加奋发有为,进一步凸显党建统领作用。“三全育人”蕴含的基本逻辑和高校基层党建育人的内在要旨,对高校思想政治工作提出了更深层次的要求。以浙江工业大学之江学院信息工程学院的实践探索为例,分析在“三全育人”理念指引下高校不断深化基层党建工作、探索党建引领学生教育管理全过程的模式与路径,以期为高校创新基层党建育人模式提供参考。
