“三全育人”理念下高校基层党建育人模式探究

摘要 加强高校基层党建工作,旨在促进党的基层组织更加奋发有为,进一步凸显党建统领作用。“三全育人”蕴含的基本逻辑和高校基层党建育人的内在要旨,对高校思想政治工作提出了更深层次的要求。以浙江工业大学之江学院信息工程学院的实践探索为例,分析在“三全育人”理念指引下高校不断深化基层党建工作、探索党建引领学生教育管理全过程的模式与路径,以期为高校创新基层党建育人模式提供参考。 Efforts to strengthen grassroots Party building in universities aim to invigorate Party organizations and underscore their leadership role.The concept of“Three Comprehensive Educa-tion”and its implications for grassroots Party building underscore deeper requirements for ideo-logical and political education in major universities.This study examines the practical explora-tion of grassroots Party building at Zhijiang College’s School of Information Engineering,aiming to deepen understanding and explore innovative approaches to Party building that lead student education management processes.By delving into the essence of grassroots Party building under the“Three Comprehensive Education”framework,this research provides insights and guidance for universities seeking to innovate their Party building education models.
