某风电场双馈发电机转子中心环及L形引线断裂分析与处理

摘要 某风电场一1.5 MW风电机组双馈异步发电机转子中心环及L形引线故障出现故障,通过将发电机本体拆解,逐一检测绕组、保护、集电环、转子、定子等各组成部分,确认发电机故障原因为转子中心环或L形引线折弯处的结构设计与生产工艺问题导致个别部件在弯曲部位产生了肉眼不可见裂纹,在机组长期运行的情况下,中心环受到转子旋转离心力及频繁启停造成的剪切应力,折弯结构处的裂纹扩大引起L形引线载流量能力下降最终熔断。针对事故原因和现场实际情况,对该型号发电机转子中心环及L形引线技术改造进行研究,该方案对其他老旧风电机组故障分析及处理提供借鉴。
