摘要
为了能够准确、实时的监测船舶燃气轮机多个关键部位在关注频率段内的振动数据,设计了一种全国产化分布式振动监测系统。该系统由振动传感器、单点全国产化分布式振动测量装置、船用上位监控系统和振动频谱分析仪组成。其中单点全国产化分布式振动监测装置以GD32F405RGT6为核心处理器,利用振动传感器对振动加速度信号进行采集,辅助有限长冲激响应滤波器进行频率段内振动数据的提取。试验结果表明该系统应用灵活、频率段提取准确、性能稳定可靠,能够有效满足实际工程中振动测量的要求。
To extract a number of vibration data of key positions of the marine gas turbine within some frequency bands accurately in real time,a kind of all localization distributed vibration measuring system was designed.The system was composed of vibration transducers,all localization distributed vibration measuring devices,the marine host control system and the vibration spectrum analyzer.The all localization distributed vibration measuring device was based on the core processor GD32F405RGT6,which collected vibration signals by the vibration transducer and extracted the in-band data with the finite impulse response(FIR)filter.The result shows that the system is flexible,accurate extraction and stability.It can meet the requirements of actual application.
