摘要
新时代对高校辅导员赋予了更高的定位和崭新的使命,辅导员提升自身素质能力既是实现个人全面发展的必然要求,更是顺应新时代思想政治工作的必然要求。但现实情境中,一些辅导员因自身素质能力的不足,在面对复杂外部环境和现实工作挑战时,无法履职尽责、担当作为,从而陷入职业困境。面对困境,辅导员在能力水平上要增加“知识储量”,在为人处事上要提升“容人雅量”,在工作成效上要追求“过硬质量”,在外部形象上要弘扬“正向能量”。高校应建立完善对辅导员的教育培训机制和激励保障机制、日常管理机制和职责分工机制、监督检查机制和考核评价机制、容错纠错机制和追究问责机制。
The new era has endowed college counselors with higher positioning and new mission.It is not only the inevitable requirement for counselors to improve their own quality and ability to realize personal all-round development,but also the inevitable requirement for ideological and political work in the new era.However,in the realistic situation,some counselors can not perform their duties and take responsibility because of their own inadequate quality and ability when facing the complex external environment and realistic work challenges,thus falling into a professional dilemma.In the face of difficulties,counselors should increase their“knowledge reserve”in ability level,improve their“tolerance”in dealing with people,pursue“excellent quality”in work effectiveness,and carry forward“positive energy”in external image.Meanwhile,colleges and universities should establish and improve the education and training mechanism,incentive and guarantee mechanism,daily management mechanism,division of responsibilities mechanism,supervision and inspection mechanism,assessment and evaluation mechanism,error tolerance and correction mechanism and accountability mechanism for counselors.
