中医药抑制子宫内膜异位症内膜细胞黏附的机理研究进展

Review of Mechanism Research on TCM Inhibiting the Cellular Attachment of Endometriosis

子宫内膜异位症是育龄期妇女常见病、多发病,但其机理尚未明确。大多学者认为子宫内膜细胞的黏附、侵袭及血管形成过程在子宫内膜异位症异位病灶的形成过程中具有重要作用。现就细胞黏附中基质金属蛋白酶、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物2个关键因子及子宫内膜异位症的中医病因病机、证型分布和采用活血化瘀法抑制子宫内膜黏附作一综述,旨在阐明中医药抑制子宫内膜异位症子宫内膜黏附的机理,为临床实践提供新的思路。

Endometriosis is a one of the most common and encountered diseases,but its mechanism is not completely understood.Most scholars believed that attachment,aggression and angiogenesis play an important role in the occurrence and development of the endometriosis.This article reviews the two key factors of matrix metalloproteinases and urokinase type plasminogen activator in cell adhesion,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine etiology,pathogenesis,distribution of syndrome types,and the use of blood activating and stasis removing methods to inhibit endometrial adhesion in traditional Chinese medicine.The aim is to elucidate the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in inhibiting endometrial adhesion in endometriosis and provide new ideas for clinical practice.
