生态产品价值实现何以促进革命老区高质量发展--基于江西抚州市的调研

How to Realize the Value of Ecological Products to Promote the High-quality Development of Old Revolutionary Base Areas--Based on Research in Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province

生态产品价值实现促进革命老区高质量发展是我国生态文明建设和国家现代化建设的重要内容。在梳理现有研究的基础上,以抚州市的创新实践案例分析其生态产品价值实现的实践模式,归纳其以生态产品价值实现促进革命老区发展的逻辑关系,且在扩大物质产品供给、增强调节服务能力和提升文化服务水平等方面取得显著成效。通过案例分析发现,这一创新实践不仅在理论上丰富了“两山”理论和可持续发展理论,并在实践上提供了可供借鉴的经验:一是加快革命老区生态产业基础设施建设,二是完善革命老区生态产品价值实现制度,三是促进革命老区生态产业结构转型升级。

The realization of the value of ecological products to promote the high-quality development of old revolutionary areas is an important content of the ecological civilization construction and the national modernization construction in our country.Based on the review of existing studies,the author starts with the innovative practice case of Fuzhou City,analyzes its practice mode of realizing the value of ecological products,summarizes the logical relationship of promoting the development of old revolutionary base areas by realizing the value of ecological products,and has achieved remarkable results in expanding the supply of material products,enhancing the ability to regulate services and improving the level of cultural services.Through case analysis,it is found that:This innovative practice not only enrichis the“Two Mountains Theory”and the theory of sustainable development,but also provides experience for reference in practice:first,accelerate the construction of ecological industrial infrastructure in the old revolutionary base area,second,improve the value realization system of ecological products in the old revolutionary base area,and third,promote the transformation and upgrading of the ecological industrial structure in the old revolutionary base area.
