Since the reform and opening up,China's capital market has achieved significant development and has now entered a new phase of building a modern capital market with Chinese characteristics.In this context,China is undergoing a new round of major financial system reforms,and the importance of the capital market in the financial system will further increase.At the same time,China's capital market still faces many problems and challenges in terms of market activity,market structure,institutional construction,and investor confidence.To address these,it is essential to closely follow the new nine policies issued by the State Council of China on promoting high-quality development of the capital market,actively promote social capital investment and financing,tap into market sources;lower market entry barriers and focus on technological innovation to stimulate market transaction vitality;optimize the legal system to boost confidence among market entities;and improve financial infrastructure and talent development to create a synergistic force for the high-quality development of the capital market.
