构建中英国际金融城 加快金融强国建设

Building a China-UK International Financial City and Accelerating the Construction of Making China into a Financial Powerhouse

在数字化浪潮背景下,金融业呈现开源、开放、全球运作的数字工程生态特征,面对全球金融重塑的机遇期,立足目前中国金融业“大而不强”的现状,亟须在制度开放领域走深走实,实现高水平开放的跨越式发展。未来我国金融业不仅要“走出去”“走进去”还要“走上去”,更要“引进来”“聚起来”“强起来”。本文基于中英金融开放合作的利益诉求,并结合中国金融高水平开放和金融强国建设的战略需求,提出中英国际金融城这一战略构想,为打造强大的国际金融中心,加快实现金融强国的战略目标找到突破口。

In the context of the digital wave,the financial industry presents a digital engineering ecosystem characterized by open source,openness,and global operation.Faced with the opportunity period of global financial reshaping,based on the current situation of China's financial industry being“large but not strong”,it is urgent to deepen and solidify in the field of institutional openness,and achieve a leapfrog development of high-level opening-up.In the future,China's financial industry not only needs to go out,go into and go up,but also needs to bring in,bring together and make strong.Based on the interests and demands of China-UK financial openness and cooperation,and combined with the strategic needs of China's high-level financial opening-up and the construction of a financial powerhouse,the strategic concept of the China-UK international financial city is proposed to find a breakthrough in building a strong international financial center and accelerating the strategic goal of becoming a financing powerhouse.
