雷公藤多苷片合理用药评价标准的建立与应用

Establishment and application of evaluation criteria for rational drug use of tripterygium glycoside tablets

目的建立雷公藤多苷片(Tripterygium glycoside tablets,TGT)合理用药评价标准,促进TGT的临床合理应用。方法依据循证医学证据建立TGT合理用药评价标准,应用该标准对安徽中医药大学第一附属医院2023年1-12月使用TGT的住院病例进行回顾性评价。结果共抽取病历269份,其中适应证合理率88.10%,给药剂量合理率82.53%,给药频次合理率52.04%;禁忌证人群(重度肾功能不全患者禁用)用药8例(2.97%),联合使用含有雷公藤相同成分的院内制剂(芪滕消浊颗粒)和中药饮片47例(10.03%)。结论本研究所建立TGT合理用药评价标准具有较强的实用性,有利于发现临床用药中存在的问题,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To establish the evaluation criteria for rational drug use of tripterygium glycoside tablets(TGT),so as to promote the rational clinical application of TGT.Methods The evaluation criteria for rational drug use of TGT were established based on evidence-based medical evidence,and retrospective analysis was performed in the inpatients using TGT from January 2023 to December 2023 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine.Results A total of 269 cases were collected.Among them,the rational rates of indication,medication dosage and frequency were 88.10%,82.53%and 52.04%.There were 8 cases(2.97%)with contraindication(severe renal impairment)and 27 cases(10.03%)with inappropriate combination of drugs[including hospital preparations containing the same components of Tripterygium wilfordii(Qiteng Xiaozhuo granules)and herbal decoction pieces of Tripterygium wilfordii].Conclusion The evaluation criteria for rational drug use of TGT established in this study has strong practicability,which is conducive to finding problems in clinical drug use and promoting clinical rational drug use.
