完整社区视角下城市剩余空间更新策略研究

Research on the renewal strategy of urban surplus space from the perspective of whole community

城市发展由增量扩张进入存量优化阶段,作为最基础的社会单元,社区不仅是城市经济、文化、社会发展的基础空间,更是人民参与社会建设和社会管理的有效平台。从完整社区的视角出发,以郴州市为例,研究城市剩余空间的更新策略,基于郴州市桥下空间、街旁空间、滨河空间和基础设施周边空间四类剩余空间的主要问题,探索城市剩余空间“一个补充两个疏通三个植入”六大更新策略,为存量时代城市剩余空间的更新提供切实可行的实施路径。

Urban development has entered the stage of stock optimization from incremental expansion,and surplus urban space has become an important issue.From the perspective of a complete community,taking Chenzhou City as an example,this study explores the renewal strategies of urban surplus space.Based on the main problems of the four types of surplus space in Chenzhou City,this study explores the six major renewal strategies of“one supplement,two dredging,and three implantation”for urban surplus space,providing a practical and feasible implementation path for the renewal of urban surplus space in the stock era.
