极软弱地层中大高径比沉井主动力矩法纠偏技术

摘要 以软土地区某沉井工程为背景,首先从理论上分析了沉井下沉及纠偏过程中的受力状态以及沉井实现纠偏的力学条件。其次针对背景工程中沉井高大径比,下沉穿越土层极为软弱,采用常规纠偏技术不能有效纠偏的特点提出了利用卷扬机施加主动力矩的纠偏方法。通过力学分析研究,分别计算出抵抗力矩、纠偏力矩、提供纠偏力矩所需卷扬机数量,且对钢板桩地锚系统及连接钢丝绳进行了强度验算以保证整体纠偏系统安全。最后利用此纠偏方法并结合井外除土卸载措施,安全高效地完成了沉井的纠偏,可为以后类似沉井工程纠偏提供借鉴参考。 Taking an actual sinking project in soft soil area as the background,the theoretical analysis of the stress state during the process of correcting the sinking well is carried out.Secondly,aiming at the characteristics of the high-altitude and diameter ratio of the caisson,the sinking through the soil layer is extremely weak,and the conventional rectification technique can not effectively correct the deviation,the method of applying the active torque rectification method by the hoist is proposed.Through the analysis and calculation of the theoretical mechanical model,the number of hoists required is obtained,and the strength check of the steel sheet pile ground anchor system and the connecting wire rope is carried out to ensure the safety of the overall correcting system.Finally,using this method of rectification and combined with the unloading measures of soil removal outside the well,the rectification of the caisson can be completed safely and efficiently,which can provide reference for similar caving works in the future.
