初期荷载作用下环氧沥青混合料损伤分析

摘要 采用劈裂试验和三点弯曲疲劳试验,研究环氧沥青混合料强度发展规律,分析在初期荷载作用下环氧沥青混凝土疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:环氧沥青混合料的强度增长速度在初期较慢,随着养生时间的延续,强度增长速率不断提高,当强度达到一定的值之后,强度增长变慢,最后强度不再显著增长;环氧沥青混合料初期养生时间越短,强度越小,在相同的荷载作用次数下,疲劳寿命越小,损伤程度越大;机场环氧沥青混凝土道面合适的交通开放时间可选为施工后6 h。研究成果为环氧沥青混合料的进一步应用提供参考。 In this paper,the split test and three-point bending fatigue test are used to study the strength development law of epoxy asphalt mixtures and to analyse the effect on the fatigue properties of epoxy asphalt concrete under initial loading.The results show that:epoxy asphalt mixture strength growth rate in the early slow,with the continuation of the sustenance time,the rate of strength growth continues to increase,when the strength reaches a certain value,the strength of the growth becomes slower,and finally the strength is no longer significant growth;the shorter the initial conditioning time of epoxy asphalt mixtures is,the lower the strength is,and the lower the fatigue life is,and the higher the degree of damage is,under the same number of loading actions.The suitable traffic opening time for airport epoxy asphalt concrete pavement can be selected as 6 h after construction.The research results provide reference for the further application of epoxy asphalt mixtures.
