摘要
本文主要是根据某电解铝厂电解槽启停数量、停槽槽龄、电解槽破损原因、对经济性影响进行梳理分析。结合当前电解槽寿命现状和破损原因,从电解槽设计、内衬材料、筑炉工艺、焙烧启动及后期运行管理进行探讨分析,提出延长槽龄的管控目标措施。
This article mainly sorts out and analyzes the number of start and stop of electrolytic cells in a certain aluminum electrolysis plant,the age of the stopped cells,the causes of electrolytic cell damage,and the economic impact.Based on the current situation of the service life of the electrolytic cell and the reasons for damage,this paper explores and analyzes the design of the electrolytic cell,lining materials,furnace construction process,roasting start-up,and later operation management,and proposes control measures to extend the service life of the cell.
