摘要
冶金行业是国民经济的重要支柱产业,随着技术的发展,电气自动化系统作为冶金生产的核心控制手段,已经能够有效地提高生产过程的自动化水平和管理效率。然而结合部分生产的现状可发现,电气自动化系统在实际应用中仍面临设备老化、系统集成度低、故障预测和诊断能力不足等诸多问题,影响了生产效率和安全性。本研究旨在通过对现有冶金电气自动化系统的改造和优化,提升系统的智能化水平和可靠性。以期为冶金行业的高效、安全、绿色生产提供有力支持,为推动冶金行业的技术进步和可持续发展提供了重要参考和实践依据。
Metallurgical industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy.With the development of technology,the electrical automation system,as the core control means of metallurgical production,has been able to effectively improve the automation level and management efficiency of the production process.However,combined with the current situation of some production,it can be found that the electrical automation system still faces many problems,such as equipment aging,low system integration,insufficient fault prediction and diagnosis ability,which affect the production efficiency and safety.This study aims to improve the intelligence level and reliability of the system through the transformation and optimization of the existing metallurgical and electrical automation system.In order to provide strong support for the efficient,safe and green production of metallurgical industry,and provide an important reference and practical basis for promoting the technological progress and sustainable development of metallurgical industry.
