电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定镍合金中的钼含量

摘要 本文详细报告了质量稀释校准法的“电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定镍合金中的钼含量的分析方法研究”试验工作。通过样品溶解试验、称样量试验、基体干扰试验、内标元素选择试验等优化和确立了分析方法条件,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱发测定镍合金中钼含量的分析方法。精密度试验、标样测试、方法比对、加标回收等试验表明所建立的方法是准确可靠的,满足了镍合金中钼含量的测定要求。本方法改进了ISO 11435:2011标准,将钼的测定上限从20%提高到30.00%,方法适应性更广,可推荐作为国家标准。 In this paper,the experimental work on the determination of the molybdenum content in nickel alloys is reported in detail by the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry of a mass dilution correction method.Through the sample dissolution test,the sample weighing test,the matrix interference test and the internal standard selection test,the analytical conditions were optimized,and the analytical method for the determination of molybdenum in nickel alloy by the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established.The method is accurate and reliable,which meets the requirements of the determination of molybdenum in nickel alloy.The method improves the ISO 11435:2011 standard by increasing the upper limit of determination of molybdenum from 20%to 30.00%,and has wider adaptability.The method is recommended as a national standard.
