摘要
简要介绍了某矿提升系统技术要求及条件,在对提升系统方案初选中,排除了单绳缠绕式提升系统方案,提出了塔式多绳摩擦提升系统和落地式多绳摩擦提升系统两种方案,通过对两种提升系统方案优缺点进行比较并结合矿山实际情况,确定采用落地式多绳摩擦提升系统方案。对提升设备选型进行了详细的设计计算和验算,使所选设备经济合理、安全可靠。
This article briefly introduces the technical requirements and conditions of a certain mine's lifting system.In the initial selection of the lifting system scheme,the single rope winding lifting system scheme was excluded.Two schemes,tower type multi rope friction lifting system and floor type multi rope friction lifting system,were proposed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two lifting system schemes and combining them with the actual situation of the mine,the floor type multi rope friction lifting system scheme was determined to be adopted.Detailed design calculations and verification calculations have been carried out for the selection of equipment,making the selected equipment economically reasonable,safe and reliable.
