摘要
海水网箱养殖是水产养殖中一种重要模式,也是我国水产养殖绿色可持续发展必然选择的方向之一。海水网箱网衣的使用环境要求铜合金具有良好的耐蚀性以及加工成型性。通过对海水养殖用铜合金成分设计及材料制备工艺研究,制备出抑菌耐蚀铜合金,板材经过加工后形成网衣,最终应用于海水网箱养殖。海水养殖用耐蚀铜合金作为未来海水养殖装备的重要组成部分,在深远海养殖的可持续发展中扮演着不可或缺的重要角色,对提高海洋渔业资源利用率具有重要的意义。
Seawater cage aquaculture is an important model in aquaculture and an inevitable choice for the green and sustainable development of aquaculture in China.The usage environment of seawater net cage net clothing requires copper alloy to have good corrosion resistance and processing formability.By studying the composition design and material preparation process of copper alloys used in seawater aquaculture,antibacterial and corrosion-resistant copper alloys were prepared.The plates were processed to form mesh coats,which were ultimately applied in seawater cage aquaculture.Corrosion resistant copper alloys for marine aquaculture,as an important component of future marine aquaculture equipment,play an indispensable and important role in the sustainable development of deep sea aquaculture,and are of great significance for improving the utilization rate of marine fishery resources.
