电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定高岭土中8项组分含量

摘要 高岭土中8项组分包括Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、K_(2)O、CaO、MgO、TiO_(2)、P_(2)O_(5)、SO_(3)。考察了5种样品制备方法对高岭土8项组分测定的影响,并择优选取过氧化钠熔样法对样品进行前处理;实验优化了各组分目标分析元素的发射谱线,并进行了背景校正;采用基体匹配法消除基体干扰;对熔融温度及其他仪器条件进行了系统优化。优化条件下,8项组分测定的相关系数在0.999以上,检出限为9.75~33.95μg·g^(-1)。采用该方法测定高岭土国家一级标准物质GBW03121、GBW03122,相对误差为-1.13%~6.99%,相对标准偏差为0.14%~7.81%(n=6)。该方法能准确、快速地完成对高岭土样品8项组分的测定。 The 8 components of kaolin were Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、K_(2)O、CaO、MgO、TiO_(2)、P_(2)O_(5) and SO_(3).The influence of 5 experimental methods on the determination of 8 components of kaolin was investigated.The analytical spectral lines of each element are optimized and the background correction is carried out.Matrix matching method was used to eliminate matrix interference.Through the comparative test of melting temperature and instrument conditions,the best pretreatment and instrument working conditions were selected.The correlation coefficients of the 8 components were above 0.999,and the detection limits were 9.75-33.95μg·g^(-1).The relative error(RE)and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)of kaolin are-1.13%-6.99%and 0.14%-7.81%,respectively.The method can be used to determine the 8 components of kaolin accurately and quickly.
