微波消解-ICP-MS法测定小儿咽扁颗粒中5种重金属和有害元素及其健康风险评估

摘要 目的:对小儿咽扁颗粒中5种重金属及有害元素进行测定和潜在健康风险评估,为小儿咽扁颗粒的用药安全提供参考依据。方法:样品采用微波消解仪处理后,采用ICP-MS法测定其中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、铜(Cu)、汞(Hg)5种元素的含量并对小儿咽扁颗粒进行健康风险评估。结果:5种重金属及有害元素的线性关系良好(r>0.9991),回收率为85%~105%。12批次样品中各元素的危害系数均低于对应元素的最大限量理论值。结论:该方法用于测定小儿咽扁颗粒中的重金属及有害元素操作简单、灵敏度高,建立的健康风险评估模式,可为该儿童用药的质量控制及安全性评价提供科学参考。 Microwave digestion methods used to pretreat samples,ICP-MS was used to determine the contents of five elements:Pb,Cd,As,Cu,and Hg,and conducting health risk assessment for Xiao'er Yanbian Granules.Five heavy metals and harmful elements results showed that the linear relationship was good.The recovery rate was between 85%-105%.The hazard coefficients of each element in the 12 batches of samples are all lower than the theoretical maximum limit value of the corresponding element.The method has characteristics of simple operation and high sensitivity.The established health risk assessment model provides scientific reference for the quality control and safety evaluation of this child's medication.
