盐度和饵料密度对文蛤滤水率的影响

摘要 为了解文蛤(Meretrix meretrix)在不同条件下的滤食特性,研究了不同盐度(16‰、20‰、24‰、28‰、32‰)和饵料密度(5×10^(4) cell/mL、10×10^(4) cell/mL、15×10^(4) cell/mL、20×10^(4) cell/mL、25×10^(4) cell/mL)对文蛤滤水率的影响。结果显示,在盐度16‰~32‰范围内,文蛤滤水率随盐度的升高呈先升后降的变化趋势。在盐度28‰时,滤水率为(0.5011±0.0694)L/(g·h),达到最大值,显著高于盐度16‰、20‰和32‰时的滤水率(P<0.05);与盐度24‰时滤水率间差异不显著(P>0.05)。盐度(x)与文蛤滤水率(y)影响的关系可拟合为:y=-0.0487x^(2)+0.2989x-0.0058(R^(2)=0.6291)。在饵料密度为10×10^(4) cell/mL时,滤水率达到最大值,为(0.7986±0.0592)L/(g·h)。饵料密度10×10^(4) cell/mL~15×10^(4) cell/mL组显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。盐度和饵料密度对文蛤滤水率有显著影响。 order to understand the filtration characteristic of Meretrix meretrix under different conditions,The effects of seawater salinity(16,20,24,28,and 32 ppt)and diet concentration(5×10^(4)、10×10^(4)、15×10^(4)、20×10^(4)、25×10^(4) cell/mL)on the filtration rate of Meretrix meretrix were studied by adopting the ecology experimental methods.The results indicated that in the range of salinity 16~32,the filtration rate increased at first and reached the highest at salinity 28,which was(0.5011±0.0694)L/(g·h).and significantly higher than at salinity of 16,20 and 32(P<0.05),without significant difference between 24 and 28(P>0.05).The relationship between filtration rate and salinity was expressed as following:y=-0.0487x^(2)+0.2989x-0.0058(R^(2)=0.6291).The filtration rate reached the maximum filtration rate appeared at 10×10^(4) cell/ml,which was(0.7986±0.0592)L/(g·h).The diet concentration of 10~15×10^(4) cell/mL was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05).ANOVA showed that salinity and food density significantly influenced on the filtration rate of Meretrix meretrix.
