生态产品价值实现驱动机制研究——基于37个典型案例的fsQCA分析

Research on the Driving Mechanism of Ecological Product Value Realization:A fsQCA Analysis of 37 Typical Cases

研究目的:通过生态产品价值实现理论逻辑构建与实证,厘清生态产品价值实现驱动机制,为后续实践提供经验借鉴。研究方法:结合资本循环理论构建生态产品价值实现理论逻辑。在此基础上,以自然资源部公布的37个典型案例为研究对象,对其生态产品价值实践成效进行测度,并运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法对文中所构建的生态产品价值实现机制要件进行验证分析。研究结果:(1)37个典型案例地区已经初步实现经济发展与生态破坏的脱钩,但仍有较大提升空间(;2)本文所构建的5个前因条件均以核心驱动要素在不同组态中出现;(3)案例地区实践模式较为单一,尚未形成生态产品价值实现逻辑的完整闭环。研究结论:生态产品价值高效实现需发挥产权制度、资本投入、增值显化、供需对接以及利益调节等多要素的综合效用。

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the driving elements of ecological product value realization through the theoretical construction and empirical evidence.The research methods are as follows.Initially,the theoretical logic of ecological product value realization is constructed by combining the capital cycle theory.Subsequently,37 typical cases are used as the study objects to measure the effectiveness of ecological product value realization practices,and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method was used to verify the logic of ecological product value realization.The research results show that:1)the study areas have primarily achieved the decoupling of economic development and ecological damage,but there is still much space for improvement.2)The five antecedent conditions constructed in this study all appear as the core driving elements in different groupings.3)The practical modes in the study areas are relatively single,and a complete closed loop of ecological product value realization logic has not yet formed.In conclusion,the efficient realization of ecological product value requires the comprehensive effect of multiple factors such as property rights system,capital investment,value-added manifestation,supply and demand docking,and interest coordination.
