摘要
工科院校大学生挂科现象广泛存在,不仅影响高校教育质量,也影响学生发展前景,是当前高校管理面临的重要问题之一。以农业水利工程专业为例,结合工程教育专业认证需求,从工科的学科特点、课程体系特征、学习环境变化、学生学情分析、学生管理制度等角度分析工科大学生挂科现象及原因,并基于以上影响因素结合教学实践经验提出相关对策和建议,可为相关教学改革和防止挂科等学生管理工作提供参考,以利于工科院校和大学生从不同角度采取相应的措施来防止挂科。
The phenomenon of engineering students failing courses is widespread,which not only affects the quality of university education,but also affects the development prospects of students,which is one of the important problems faced by the current university management.Taking the agricultural water conservancy engineering major as an example,factors such as subject characteristics,curriculum system characteristics,changes in learning environment,analysis of students’learning situation,and student management system have been used to analyze the phenomenon of failing courses based on the professional certification needs of engineering education,and some countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed,based on the analysis of the above influencing factors combined with teaching practice experience,which can provide reference for relevant teaching reform and student management work such as course-failing prevention,so as to facilitate engineering colleges and college students to take corresponding measures from different angles to prevent failing courses.
