摘要
装备实践教学是军队院校人才培养的重要环节,对学员岗位任职能力生成起到关键性的支撑作用。针对当前军队院校装备实践教学存在的问题,提出基于“实战化、信息化、规范化”的装备实践教学高效教学范式,并重点从预先教学准备、直接教学准备、施训组织、施训总结等四个方面进行研究设计。通过打造课例、拍摄制作示教微课、编制指导手册等方式将研究成果固化,帮助青年教员快速提升装备实践教学能力素养,进而提升装备实践教学质效。
Equipment practical teaching is an important link in talent cultivation of military academies,playing a crucial supporting role in generating students’job qualifications.In response to the current problems in equipment practical teaching of military academies,this article proposes an efficient teaching paradigm for equipment practical teaching based on“practicality,informatization,and standardization”,and focuses on research and design from four aspects:pre teaching preparation,direct teaching preparation,training organization,and training summary.By creating lesson examples,filming and producing demonstration micro courses,and compiling guidance manuals,the research results are solidified to help young teachers quickly improve their equipment practical teaching abilities and qualities,thereby improving the quality and efficiency of equipment practical teaching.
