3D打印技术在全脊柱内镜手术临床教学中的应用

摘要 为探讨3D打印技术在全脊柱内镜手术临床教学中的应用,通过3D打印技术重建拟手术病变节段脊柱骨性结构单元,结合术中观摩、术后脊柱内镜手术视频,复盘全脊柱内镜手术过程,教授学员脊柱内镜手术定位、手术路径、关键步骤及手术技巧要点。分别对2020年6月至2022年10月在本科室进修、轮转的医师及研究生等共30名学员,进行平均为期3个月的临床教学培训。培训结束后进行培训效果考核及满意度调查。结果表明,学员平均临床学习时间3个月,出科考核成绩为(86.77±6.43)分,合格率为100.00%,其中优秀率为83.33%。满意度调查结果显示学员满意度得分为(91.07±4.32)分。因此,通过3D打印技术重建手术节段模型,结合手术观摩及术后手术视频进行临床教学,学员能够较快地理解并掌握全脊柱内镜手术操作基本技术,有效地提升了学员培训效果,提高了学员全脊柱内镜临床手术技能,具有重要的教学价值。 To explore the application of 3D printing technology in the clinical teaching of full endoscopic spinal surgery,3D printing technology was used to reconstruct the spinal bone structural unit of the proposed diseased segment.The students were taught the positioning,surgical path,key steps and surgical techniques of endoscopic spinal surgery.From June 2020 to October 2022,a total of 30 doctors and postgraduates received clinical teaching training with an average duration of 3 months.After the training,the training effect assessment and satisfaction survey were carried out.The average clinical learning time of the students was 3 months,and the score was(86.77±6.43)points,the pass rate was 100.00%,and the excellent rate was 83.33%.The results of the satisfaction survey showed that the satisfaction score was(91.07±4.32)points.The surgical segment model was reconstructed by 3D printing technology,and clinical teaching was carried out in combination with surgical observation and postoperative surgical video.Students can quickly understand and master the basic techniques of total spinal endoscopic surgery through these teaching methods,which has important teaching value.
