通过借鉴完善“食品包装”课程思政建设

摘要 课程思政将各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应,落实立德树人这一教育根本任务。食品包装本身就是一门典型的综合性的应用学科,通过课堂教学模式改革与实践,克服了知识点分散且逻辑性较差的问题,并形成了模块化教学,但目前只注重教学内容,而忽略了思政建设。基于此,依据每个模块内容特点,形成了对应的思政元素,在每一个模块都潜移默化地融入思政元素,并进一步通过对比,实现了课程思政润物无声地融入教学,显著提升了专业课程的思政建设效果。 The curriculum ideology and politics will go hand in hand with the ideological and political theory courses,forming a synergistic effect and fulfilling the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.Food Packaging itself is a typical comprehensive applied discipline,through the reform and practice of classroom teaching mode,it overcomes the problems of scattered knowledge points and poor logic between each other,and forms modular teaching.However,at present,universities only pay attention to the content of teaching,but neglect ideological and political construction.Based on this,the paper forms the corresponding ideological and political elements according to the content characteristics of each module,in each module the ideological and political elements are subtly integrated and further through comparison,the curriculum ideology and politics have been,integrated into the teaching silently,significantly improving the ideological and political construction effect of professional courses.
