新医科背景下“基础化学”实验翻转教学模式初探

摘要 为适应新医科建设下培养具有较高综合素质的新型复合型医学人才的教育教学目标,改变传统“基础化学”实验课学生有效参与程度低,成绩评定单一、主观的困境,将翻转课堂应用于“基础化学”实验课教学,先后摸索建立了“部分翻转实验教学模式”“全翻转实验教学模式”。翻转课堂教学模式实现了教学主体的切换,激发了学生的学习积极性及课程参与度,学生的综合能力得到了切实的锻炼,为医学生后续医学实践能力的培养奠定了坚实的基础。同时,翻转教学模式的实施也提高了教学质量,优化完善了课程评价体系,成绩评定更加客观、真实,更具有区分度。 Based on the new medical requirements of cultivating inter-disciplinary medical talents with high comprehensive quality,and in order to change the difficulties such as low level of effective participation,single and subjective evaluation in traditional classes,the flipped classroom has been applied to basic chemistry experiments teaching.In recent years,“partial flipped classroom mode”and“whole flipped classroom mode”have been established successively.Flipped classroom mode has helped change the teaching subject.The better learning interest and class involvement of students have been achieved.The comprehensive abilities of students have been improved.This teaching reform has laid a solid foundation for building a wide variety of practical skills for medical students.Moreover,the teaching quality has been improved since the evaluation system of the course has been further perfected,and the grade evaluation has become truer and fairer.
