医者仁心精神融入高职高专临床医学专业翻转课堂的探索

摘要 探索将医者仁心精神融入高职高专临床医学专业翻转课堂,提出从行业岗位式课程设计、三维有机融入教学资源建设、“专业素质+专业知识+专业能力”为主线的临床医学专业课程翻转课堂、院校全方位全过程多元化三维增值性评价体系四个方面将医者仁心精神融入翻转课堂,为将医者仁心精神融入高职高专临床医学专业翻转课堂提供详细的思路和方法,以促进高职高专临床医学专业的课堂教学改革,提升高职高专医学生的专业素养和专业精神。 To explore the integration of physicians’benevolence spirit into the clinical medicine professional flipped classroom,the integration mode is proposed,which includes professional post-type course design,threedimensional organic integration into teaching resource construction,construction of professional quality+professional knowledge+professional competence flipped classroom and all-round process,three-dimensional,value-added evaluation system.It may provide detailed ideas and methods for the integration of the physicans’benevolent spirit into the clinical medicine professional flipped classroom,so as to promote the classroom teaching reform in higher vocational medical colleges and enhance the medical students’professional accomplishment and professional spirit.
