摘要
以“一带一路”45个沿线国家为例,基于2006—2018年我国数字产品出口面板数据,采用米尤森等(1977)、施密特(1977)提出的随机前沿引力模型,在传统引力模型基础上引入贸易非效率项和随机误差项v来估算贸易效率,并用“一步法”回归。实证分析“一带一路”倡议沿线国家知识产权保护水平对我国数字产品出口效率的影响,同时测算我国对沿线各国出口效率的大小。结果显示,沿线国家知识产权保护水平的提升显著促进我国面向沿线国数字产品出口效率;我国向各国出口的平均贸易效率处于中等水平,有很大提升空间。
Taking 45 countries along the Belt and Road initiative as examples,based on the panel data of China’s digital product exports from 2006 to 2018,the stochastic frontier gravity model proposed by Miyusen(1977)and Schmidt(1977).Empirical analysis of the impact of intellectual property protection level of countries along the Belt and Road initiative on China’s export efficiency of digital products,and measurement of China’s export efficiency to countries along the Belt and Road initiative.The results show that the improvement of intellectual property protection levels in countries along the Belt and Road initiative significantly promotes the efficiency of China’s digital product exports to these countries;the average trade efficiency of China’s exports to various countries is at a moderate level,and there is great room for improvement.
