Research on the High Quality Development Path of Chemical Enterprises Along the Yangtze River under Environmental Regulations—A Case Study on Hubei Xingfa Group’s Transformation and Upgrading

在经济进入高质量发展的背景下,沿长江流域化工企业通过以创新为第一动力实现转型升级具有自然、经济、社会三方面的内在逻辑。湖北兴发集团是沿长江流域磷化工企业转型升级的一个典型样本。通过全过程实现清洁生产,发展循环经济实现绿色发展;不断优化产业布局,实现协调发展;持续增强创新能力建设,实现创新发展;发展飞地经济和实现全方位寻求合作开放发展;积极践行企业社会责任,实现共享发展。从企业发展脉络和经验看,推动创新链产业链资金链人才链深度融合,形成新质生产力,在企业发展不同阶段加强政府支持与企业反哺良性互动是企业可持续发展的重要途径。

Under the background of high-quality economic development,chemical enterprises along the Yangtze River basin realize transformation and upgrading through innovation as the first driving force with the internal logic of natural,economic and social.Hubei Xingfa Group is a typical sample of the transformation and upgrading of phosphorus chemical enterprises along the Yangtze River basin.Realize clean production through the whole process,develop green development of circular economy;promote the transformation and upgrading of the whole industrial chain and coordinate the industrial layout;continuously strengthen innovation system and capacity building to realize innovative development;develop enclave economy and realize all-round cooperation and open development;and actively practice corporate social responsibility and realize shared development.From the perspective of enterprise development context and experience,it is an important way for the sustainable development of enterprises to promote the deep integration of the capital chain and talent chain,form new quality productive forces,and strengthen the positive interaction between government support and enterprise feedback at different stages of enterprise development.
