拟剧理论视域下社区智慧治理共同体形象的自我呈现——基于西安市C社区的实践分析

Self-Presentation of Community Smart Governance Community Image from the Perspective of Dramatic Theory—Practical Analysis Based on C Community in Xi’an

随着新技术的迭代升级,治理主体与居民互动的形式实现了从“面对面”到“虚拟化”,其中智慧治理平台为治理共同体形象的呈现提供了“介入”场域。基于拟剧理论,以西安市C社区为研究对象,阐释社区智慧治理共同体形象的特征与呈现机制。探讨智慧社区所打造的智能场域、多元协作和品质管理的智慧共同体形象运行体系,呈现了“亲民化”的智慧治理共同体形象,并在治理主体话语权下放的同时巩固了其权威性。

With the iteration and upgrading of new technologies,the interaction between governance entities and residents has shifted from“face-to-face”to“virtualization”,and the smart governance platform provides an“intervention”field for the presentation of the governance community image.Based on the theory of drama simulation,this study takes C Community in Xi’an as the research object to explain the characteristics and presentation mechanism of the community’s smart governance community image.Exploring the intelligent field,diverse collaboration,and quality management image operation system created by smart communities presents a“people-oriented”smart governance community image,and consolidates its authority while delegating the discourse power of governance subjects.
