中兴通讯集团管控模式分析

Analysis of ZTE Group’s Control Mode

随着信息化进程和科技发展的加快,中国通信企业以中兴为代表,依靠政策支持、高额研发投入和全球市场布局,已经从追赶者转变为行业领先者,在全球通信设备市场上占据了主导地位。以中兴通讯为研究对象,利用python大数据处理分析2003—2022年中兴通讯母公司和合并财务报表数据,通过分析发现,中兴通讯属于经营主导型企业,集团货币资金管控模式为分权式,债务融资管控模式为集权式,母子公司业务关系为母公司向市场提供产品或服务,子公司为母公司提供原材料、服务等配套设施。进一步利用因子分析法构建了企业竞争力的综合指标体系,得出中兴通讯综合竞争力较强,现有集团管控模式有助于公司稳步发展。

With the acceleration of the information process and the development of science and technology,Chinese communication enterprises,represented by ZTE,have transformed from catch-up to industry leader and occupy a dominant position in the global communication equipment market by relying on policy support,high R&D investment and global market layout.This paper takes ZTE as the research object,and uses python big data to process and analyze the data of the parent company and the consolidated financial statements of ZTE from 2003 to 2022.Through analysis,it is found that ZTE is a manage-oriented enterprise,and the group’s monetary and capital control mode is decentralized.The debt financing management and control mode is centralized.The business relationship between parent and subsidiary companies is that the parent company provides products or services to the market,and the subsidiary company provides raw materials,services and other supporting facilities for the parent company.The comprehensive index system of enterprise competitiveness is further constructed by the factor analysis method,and it is concluded that ZTE’s comprehensive competitiveness is strong,and the existing group management and control mode is conducive to the steady development of the company.
