留学归国人员就业创业路径探究——以浙江省为例

Exploration of Employment and Entrepreneurship Pathways for Returned Overseas Students—A Case Study in Zhejiang Province

留学归国人员是国家宝贵的人才资源,其就业创业问题既关系到自身和家庭的切身利益,也关系到国家的发展。因此,以在浙江省就业创业的留学归国人员为主要研究对象,通过问卷调查分析和个案访谈发现,留学归国人员在就业创业过程中面临政府扶持政策不尽完善、就业创业信息不对称、自身专业能力不足等问题。而解决这些问题需要从以下方面入手:优化政策环境,坚持政策宣传与落地相结合;完善数据库,发挥群团优势;提升自身综合能力,营造客观舆论环境。

Returned overseas students are precious talent resources for the country,and their employment and entrepreneurship issues are not only related to their own and family interests,but also to the development of the country.Therefore,taking overseas returnees who work and start businesses in Zhejiang Province as the main research object,through questionnaire analysis and case interviews,it was found that overseas returnees face problems such as incomplete government support policies,asymmetric employment and entrepreneurship information,and insufficient professional abilities in the process of employment and entrepreneurship.To solve these problems,we need to start from the following aspects:optimizing the policy environment,adhering to the combination of policy promotion and implementation;improve databases and leverage group advantages;enhance one’s comprehensive ability and create an objective public opinion environment.
