中国与东南亚国家绿色建筑评价标准体系对比分析

摘要 随着全球环境恶化和能源资源紧张的加剧,高能耗的建筑业受到人类的高度重视,近年来建筑业逐渐向绿色建筑的方向发展,相应地,迫切需要一套有效的体系来评价建筑性能,因此许多国家相继推出绿色建筑评价标准。文章对中国和东南亚国家的绿色建筑评价标准体系进行了整理,重点将中国的GB/T 50378、马来西亚的GBI和新加坡的Green Mark从评价标准和机构、评价对象和范围、评价阶段、评价权重对比等多方面进行分析和对比,发现中马新三国差异较大。文章可以为在实际工程中使用和选择相关评价标准提供参考。 With the deterioration of the global environment and the shortage of energy resources,the people attach great importance to the construction industry with high energy consumption.The construction industry has gradually developed towards the direction of green buildings in recent years.Accordingly,there is an urgent need for an effective system to evaluate the building performance.Therefore,many countries have introduced green building evaluation standards.In this paper,the evaluation standard system of green buildings in China and Southeast Asia countries are sorted out,and the GB/T 50378 of China,GBI of Malaysia and Green Mark of Singapore are analyzed and compared from many aspects,such as evaluation standards and organization,objects and scope,stages,and evaluation weights.It is found that there are great differences between China,Malaysia and Singapore,which can provide a reference for the use and selection of relevant evaluation standards in practical projects.
