高容积率复合型中小学校园研究——以南阳市第六完全学校为例

Research on Compound Primary and Secondary School Campus with High Plot Ratio:A Case of Nanyang Sixth Complete School

随着我国城镇化率的不断提升,城市土地供应愈发紧张,城市居民教育资源供应不足。于是能够节约土地,并能容纳更多学生的复合型中小学校园逐渐成为解决城市教育资源不足问题的一把钥匙。文章以南阳市第六完全学校为例,提出在面对不规则地形、高容积率、多功能复合型校园时,以城市文化传承为总体规划切入点,通过功能分区、共享空间、流线梳理、地下开发和控制造价等设计策略,为未来高容积率复合型中小学校园建设提供一些设计经验。

With the continuously increased urbanization rate in our country,the supply of urban land is becoming more and more tense,and the supply of educational resources for urban residents is insufficient.Therefore,the compound primary and secondary school campuses that can save land and accommodate more students have gradually become a key to solving the problem of insufficient educational resources in cities.Taking Nanyang No.6 Complete School as an example,this paper proposes that under the background of irregular terrain,high plot ratio,and multi-functional compound campus,urban cultural heritage should be taken as the entry point of the overall planning,and the planning strategies should be carried out from the perspective of functional zoning,shared space,and streamlines,underground development and cost controlling to provide some design experience for the construction of compound primary and secondary school campuses with high plot ratio in the future.
