摘要
文章简要介绍了大断面盾构内部结构拼装工艺的现状和发展情况。并且结合工程案例,分析了大断面盾构弧形件拼装工艺及填充层质量控制要点,形成了充盈率计算方法,最后从自密实混凝土扩展度及充盈率两方面对填充层密实性和饱满度进行控制,可供大断面盾构弧形件拼装工艺在类似工程的应用作为借鉴。
This paper briefly introduces the current status and development of the assembly process for the internal structure of large-section shield tunneling.Based on engineering cases,the assembly process for the arc components of large-section shield and the key quality control points for the filling layer are analyzed,and a filling rate calculation method is developed.The filling quality is controlled from two aspects of the expansion degree of self-compacting concrete and the filling rate to ensure the compactness and fullness of the filling.This method can be used as a reference for the application of large-section shield arc component assembly process in similar projects.
