一例英国短毛猫肠道内异物的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of a Foreign Body in the Intestines of a British Short Haired Cat

为了诊断和治疗一只出现呕吐、食欲不振等症状的34月龄英国短毛猫。采用临床基础诊断方法(问诊、触诊、视诊、听诊)、实验室诊断方法(血常规检测、血液生化检测、并结合血清淀粉样蛋白A与fPL的胰腺炎检测)和数字X线摄影(Digital Radiography,DR)来确诊,确诊后采取治疗方法。结果诊断为患猫肠内异物,需要采取手术治疗,通过手术治疗在患猫空肠和回肠内取出橡胶和杂草等异物,术后跟诊回访,英国短尾猫恢复良好。表明肠内异物的确诊需要临床基础诊断与实验室检测和X射线相结合,手术治疗是高效可靠的方法,手术的成功及术后良好的恢复对肠内异物的治疗具有一定的参考意义。

To diagnose and treat a 34 month old British shorthair cat with vomiting,anorexia and other symptoms.Clinical basic diagnostic methods(consultation,palpation,visual examination,auscultation),laboratory diagnostic methods(blood routine testing,blood biochemical testing,combined with pancreatitis detection of serum amyloid A and fPL),and digital radiography(DR)was used to confirm the diagnosis.After diagnosis,treatment methods were taken.Results showed that the diagnosis of intestinal foreign body in the cat required surgical treatment.Through surgical treatment,rubber and weeds and other foreign bodies were removed from the jejunum and ileum of the cat.The follow-up visits after surgery showed that the British shorthair cat recovered well.The diagnosis of intestinal foreign bodies requires a combination of clinical basic diagnosis,laboratory testing,and X-ray.Surgical treatment is an efficient and reliable method,and the success of surgery and good postoperative recovery have certain reference significance for the treatment of intestinal foreign bodies.
