摘要
包括ChatGPT在内的人工智能技术推进了高等教育的改革创新,但也不可避免地会导致内容可靠性低、教育伦理信息安全被侵犯与学术诚信堪忧的问题。面对ChatGPT为高等教育带来的伦理风险、道德弱化及技术鸿沟等问题,教育工作者不仅不能消极以待,更要积极寻求应对ChatGPT教育挑战的手段,通过与人工智能技术协同合作,充分发挥人工智能在法学高等教育中的应用价值。本文旨在分析ChatGPT给法学高等教育带来的机遇与挑战,通过重构课程结构、回归教育本位、推进评价转型三个手段应对ChatGPT给法学高等教育带来的冲击。
Artificial intelligence technology,including ChatGPT,has promoted the reform and innova-tion of higher education,but it will inevitably lead to the problems of low reliability in content,violation of educational ethics information security and academic integrity.In the face of the ethical risks,moral weaken-ing and technology gap brought by ChatGPT to higher education,educators should not be passive,but to ac-tively seek ways to cope with the challenges of ChatGPT education,and give full play to the application val-ue of artificial intelligence in higher education of law major by cooperating with artificial intelligence tech-nology.This paper aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges brought by ChatGPT to higher education of law major,and deal with the impact of ChatGPT on higher education of law major through three means:reconstructing curriculum structure,returning to education standard and promoting evaluation transformation.
