摘要
STEM教育是当前培养创新型学生的重要途径之一,有着广阔的发展空间和美好前景。师范院校肩负着培养优秀中小学STEM教师的重要使命,因此,通过分析师范院校STEM教师职前培养存在的问题,提出了政府与师范院校管理部门提供保障和支持,改变传统课程设置、建立交叉融合的课程体系,建设一支专兼职结合的高质量师资队伍和增加实践投入、建设实践实训基地等路径,以期推动STEM教师职前培养的高效性。
STEM education is an important way to train innovation-type students at present,with broad development space and bright prospects.Normal colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating excellent STEM teachers in primary and secondary schools.Therefore,through analyzing the problems existing in pre-service STEM teacher training in normal colleges and universities,this paper ex-plores the paths of getting guarantee and support from the government and the management of normal colleg-es and universities,changing the traditional curriculum,establishing a cross-integration curriculum system,building a high-quality teacher team,increasing practical input,constructing practice and training bases,so as to promote the efficiency of pre-service training of STEM teachers.
