基于刻板印象理论视角的幼儿教师形象重塑探究

摘要 幼儿教师形象是学前教育的一张名片,是了解幼儿园教育质量的指路牌,亦是影响保教活动的重要因素,更是推动幼儿教育高质量发展的题中应有之义。在刻板印象理论视角下,幼儿教师形象提升的困境表现为大众对其抱有消极刻板的专业印象、道德印象与性别印象,这类固有印象将阻碍家园共育的开展,不利于幼儿教师队伍的稳定与壮大以及学前教育事业的高质量发展。公众对幼儿教师持有消极刻板印象主要与传统文化、幼儿教师不当言行及社会舆论有关。为破解幼儿教师消极刻板印象,建议政府相关部门完善制度,幼儿园加强内部管理,幼儿教师主动构建形象,大众媒体平衡报道框架,依托家园共育开展媒介素养和双性化教育,以重塑幼儿教师群体形象。 The image of preschool teachers is a business card of preschool education,a guide to under-stand the quality of kindergarten education,an important factor affecting education activities,and an essen-tial part of promoting high-quality development of early childhood education.From the perspective of stereo-type theory,the dilemma of improving the image of preschool teachers is that the public has negative and ste-reotyped professional impression,moral impression and gender impression on them.Such inherent impres-sion will hinder the development of home co-education,which is not conducive to the stability and growth of preschool teachers and the high-quality development of preschool education.The negative stereotype of pre-school teachers is mainly related to traditional culture,preschool teachers and public opinion.In order to crack the negative stereotype of preschool teachers and reshape the group image of preschool teachers,this paper puts forward following ways:relevant government departments improve the system,kindergartens strengthen internal management,preschool teachers take the initiative to build an image,mass media balance reporting framework,and relying on home co-education to carry out media literacy and intersex education.
