机械搅拌驱动下固液混沌混合特性数值模拟

摘要 混沌搅拌对于理解复杂系统行为、改善混合过程的效率和质量以及推动科学和技术的发展具有重要意义。通过数值模拟计算,从搅拌迹线和流场揭示了混沌搅拌的搅拌效果优于普通匀速搅拌。通过流场迹线分析,得出混沌搅拌强化搅拌效果的根本原因是混沌搅拌打破了搅拌的隔离死区。同时混沌搅拌所产生的整个流场的紊乱程度要远远大于普通匀速搅拌。 Chaotic mixing is of great significance for understanding the behavior of complex systems,improving the efficiency and quality of mixing processes,and promoting the development of science and technology.Through numerical simulation,the stirring effect of chaotic agitation is better than that of uniform agitation from the stirring track and flow field.Through the analysis of flow field trace,it is concluded that the basic reason of chaotic agitation to strengthen the stirring effect is that chaotic agitation breaks the isolation dead zone of agitation.At the same time,the chaos degree of the flow field generated by chaotic stirring is much greater than that of ordinary uniform stirring.
