网络泛道德主义的意识形态危害及其应对理路

The Ideological Risks of Network Pan-Moralism and Its Countermeasures

网络泛道德主义是存在于网络空间的以泛道德化归因和泛道德化批判为主要表征的不良社会思潮,其在传统泛道德文化、网民群体非理性心理以及媒介资本无序扩张等因素耦合作用下不断滋生和蔓延。网络泛道德主义具有突出的意识形态危害,主要表现为削弱主流意识形态理想信念、解构主流意识形态价值观念、稀释主流意识形态话语权力以及危及主流意识形态政治安全等。为此,应从强化意识形态思想引领、加强意识形态话语供给、优化意识形态媒介治理以及开展网络意识形态安全教育等方面予以应对。

Network pan-moralism is an undesirable thought in the cyberspace.It breeds and spreads under the coupling effect of traditional pan-moral,the irrational psychology of the netizens and the expansion of media capital.Network pan-moralism is weakening the mainstream ideology,deconstructing the mainstream values,diluting the discursive power of mainstream ideology,and endangering the political security.Therefore,we should strengthen the guidance of ideological thought,enlarge the supply of ideological discourses,optimize the ideological media governance,and carry out the network ideological security education.
