Institutionalization of ecological civilization construction means the process,result and state of realizing the modernization of ecological system and capacity for governance through the systematic construction and regular implementation of ecological civilization institutions as well as the legalization of ecological civilization construction.Since the new era,China has made significant achievements in the institutionalization of ecological civilization construction,including the systematic establishment of an ecological civilization system,the effective strengthening of the implementation of ecological civilization institutions,and the continuous improvement of the legal safeguards for ecological civilization.It has accumulated such innovative experience as upholding the Party's overall leadership,taking the people's position,sticking to scientific thinking,adhering to fundamental principles while breaking new ground,and adhering to inclusiveness and respect for differences.
