传统村落文化赋能和美乡村建设的利用实践及路径优化——以浙江金华为例

On the Practice of Utilization and Path Optimization of Harmonious and Beautiful Rural Construction via Traditional Village Culture Empowerment--Based on Field Research in Jinhua,Zhejiang Province

和美乡村建设既要“塑形”也要“铸魂”,传统村落文化可在和美乡村建设中发挥多重价值和综合能效。近年来,浙江省金华市在推动传统村落文化赋能乡村建设方面成效显著,呈现出村美人和的繁荣景象,主要体现为乡村人居环境治理有效、集体经济发展壮大、善治能力提升显著。新时代,破解传统村落文化赋能乡村建设的现实困境,需要打造实体和虚拟乡土精神空间,联动相邻区域创新“农文旅”精品路线,培育本土人才带动新型农民共同富裕,加大传统村落保护资金投入与促进乡村优秀文化交流互鉴。

Harmonious and beautiful rural construction requires both“shaping the body”and“casting the soul”.Traditional village culture can play multiple values and comprehensive energy in the construction of harmonious and beautiful rural areas.In recent years,Jinhua City in Zhejiang Province has made remarkable achievements in promoting the traditional village culture to empower rural construction,which is mainly reflected in the effective governance of residential environment,the continuous growth of the collective economy,and the remarkable improvement of good administration ability,presenting a prosperous scene of rural beauty and harmony.In the new era,to solve the practical dilemma of traditional village culture enabling rural construction,it is necessary to create physical and virtual“spiritual space”,link the adjacent regions to innovate the“agriculture culture tourism”boutique routes,cultivate local talents to drive new farmers to common prosperity,increase investment in traditional village protection and promote the exchange and mutual learning of excellent rural culture.
