民族地区高校利用非物质文化遗产的影响因素研究

On Factors Influencing of the Utilization of Intangible Cultural Heritage by Universities in Ethnic Regions

民族地区高校利用非物质文化遗产积累了较多经验,分析其影响因素有利于把握非物质文化遗产内容融入高校教育教学的一般规律。文章通过对一所民族地区新建本科院校中管理者、教师及学生三类群体共33位受访者的开放访谈,采用扎根理论研究法,构建了民族地区高校利用非物质文化遗产的影响因素模型。模型揭示符合社会价值规范是利用的前提,理性因素和情感因素共同成为遗产利用的动力来源并需要以学科及专业教育为载体才能发挥作用。研究还发现,民族地区高校进行文化选择时隐含“国家-地方-个人”的分析框架;非物质文化遗产利用在组织理性与个人理性的互动转化中实现;可从文化身份入手把握教师在非物质文化遗产利用中的情感动力高低;非物质文化遗产利用过程具有知识生产属性。

Universities in ethnic regions have accumulated rich experience in utilizing intangible cultural heritage,and analyzing that its influencing factors are conducive to grasp the general law of integrating intangible cultural heritage content into the education and teaching system of universities.This paper constructed a model of influencing factors on the utilization of intangible cultural heritage by universities in ethnic regions through open interviews with 33 respondents from three groups:managers,teachers,and students in a newly established undergraduate university in ethnic regions.The grounded theory research method was used in the study.The model revealed that compliance with social value norms was a prerequisite,and rational and emotional factors together to become the driving force for heritage utilization,which required subject and professional education as carriers to play a role.The study also found that universities in ethnic regions had an implicit analytical framework of“country-local-individual”when making cultural choices;the utilization of heritage was achieved through the interactive transformation of organizational rationality and personal rationality;people can grasp the emotional motivation of teachers in the utilization of heritage from the perspective of cultural identity;the process of heritage utilization had the attribute of knowledge production.
