摘要
故障诊断的首要工作是建立PCB标准热图像,研究了在建立标准热图像过程中样本热图像的处理方法,并提出了采用主成分分析法代替加权平均法,效果比较理想;研究了单样本电路板相邻通电期间完全合理冷却时间和理想通电时间的计算方法,对于今后研究PCB标准红外图像提供了依据。
The first task of fault diagnosis is to establish the PCB standard thermal image.This paper studies the processing method of sample thermal image in the process of establishing the standard thermal image,and proposes to use the principal compo-nent analysis method instead of the weighted average method,the effect is better.The calculation methods of completely reasonable cooling time and ideal power-on time during adjacent power-on of a single sample circuit board are studied,which provides a basis for the study of PCB standard infrared images in the future.
