混叠通信信号自动调制识别研究现状及趋势

摘要 通信信号的调制识别在电子对抗和频谱管理等领域中都极为关键,而现今无线通信技术的快速发展使频谱资源日益紧张,宽带接收机不可避免地会接收到时频混叠的多个窄带信号。混叠信号组合的数量和种类都极为广泛,给接收机的识别模块带来了很大的挑战。论文对混叠通信信号自动调制识别技术进行了较为全面的阐述,首先介绍调制识别在不同领域的重要地位,结合单信号识别算法讨论混叠现象的应对措施;其次给出三种主流的针对混叠信号自动调制识别的研究方法,分析各方法的优势与劣势,并对基于特征提取的混叠信号识别方法和基于神经网络的混叠信号识别方法进行了详细分析;最后,对混叠信号调制识别的未来研究方向做出进一步的展望。 The modulation and identification of communication signals is extremely critical fields such as electronic counter-measures and spectrum management.However,the rapid development of wireless communication technology has made spectrum re-sources increasingly tight,and broadband receivers will inevitably receive more time-frequency aliasing a narrowband signal.The number and types of aliased signal combinations are extremely wide,which brings great challenges to the identification module of the receiver.In this paper,the technology of automatic modulation and identification of mixed communication signals is comprehen-sively described.First,the important position of modulation identification in the military and civilian fields is introduced,and the countermeasures for aliasing phenomena are discussed in combination with single-signal identification algorithms.Secondly,three mainstream methods for aliasing are given.The research methods of automatic signal modulation recognitionanalyze the advantages and disadvantages of each method,and make a detailed development of the alias signal recognition method based on feature extrac-tion and the alias signal recognition method based on neural network.Future research directions are further prospected.
