摘要
火箭、卫星等飞行器测试实验阶段需要外部系统等效器来模拟各种控制信号和测量参数。然而近几年国外实施技术封锁,为解决我国芯片领域面临着“卡脖子”的问题,创新性地提出了一种以国产FPGA为控制核心、国产电源芯片为供电核心、国产千兆以太网和国产四路收发有源光模块为传输核心的外系统等效器。经过在高、低温试验,振动试验以及电磁干扰试验的测试下,该系统实时性好、可靠性高,在光纤链路中的通信速度可达1.25Gbit/s,满足了项目要求,达到了国产化的目的,并已成功应用于某型号等效器测试系统中。
External system equivalents are needed to simulate various control signals and measurement parameters in the test and experiment phase of spacecraft such as rockets and satellites.However,in recent years,foreign countries have implemented technology blockade,in order to solve the problem of"jam neck"in the chip field in China,an innovative external system equiva-lent is proposed with domestic FPGA as the control core,domestic power chip as the power supply core,domestic gigabit Ethernet and four-channel transceiver active optical module as the transmission core.Under the test of high and low temperature test,vibra-tion test and electromagnetic interference test,the system has good real-time performance and high reliability,and the communica-tion speed in optical fiber link can reach 1.25Gbit/s,which meets the requirements of the project and achieves the purpose of local-ization,and has been successfully applied in a certain type of equivalent test system.
